Attach various Google tools, Figma, and YouTube videos to projects for seamless and efficient team collaboration.

Overview

This feature allows you to attach to the project Embed files for quick team access.

At the moment, we offer you to attach to your project Google instruments, such as:

  • Google Docs

  • Google Maps

  • Google Sheets

  • Google Calendar

and also:

  • Youtube

  • Figma

  • Any Embed ( your custom Embed tool)

How to add a Figma dashboard to the project?

You can quickly integrate various tools into an Amploo project in just a few simple steps.

  • Enter Figma project and click on "Share"

  • Choose there "Get embed code"

  • Click on "Copy"

  • Enter the project you need and click on the "Tools" tab

  • Choose a tool you want to add, for example, "Figma"

  • Name it;

  • Paste to "Embed code" window in Amploo and click on "Add embed".

And now your Figma project is available in Amploo, allowing for quick and easy viewing.

How to attach a YouTube video to the project?

  • Go to YouTube video required and click on "Share"

  • Choose there "Embed"

  • Click on "Copy"

  • Enter the project you need and click on the "Tools" tab.

  • Click on "Youtube"

  • Name the video you are adding;

  • Paste to "Embed code" window in Amploo and click on "Add embed".

Now, the YouTube video is attached to your project in Amploo and you can watch it directly from Amploo.

How to attach Google Docs to the project?

  • Go to Google Docs, choose the file required, and go to the menu: File - Share - Publish to web;

  • Choose there "Embed"

  • Copy the Embed code;

  • Enter the project you need and click on the "Tools" tab.

  • Choose "Google Docs"

  • Name it;

  • Paste to "Embed code" window in Amploo and click on "Add embed".

Now you can observe your Google docs from the project directly.

How to attach Google Sheets to the project?

  • Go to Google Docs, choose the file required, and go to the menu: File - Share - Publish to web;

  • Choose there "Embed"

  • Copy the Embed code;

  • Enter the project you need and click on the "Tools" tab.

  • Choose "Google Sheets"

  • Name it;

  • Paste to "Embed code" window in Amploo and click on "Add embed".

Now you can observe your Google sheets from the project directly.

How to add Google Maps to the project?

  • Go to your Google account to Google Maps, choose the location you want to attach;

  • Click on "Share", choose there "Embed";

  • Copy the Embed code;

  • Enter the project you need in Amploo and click on the "Tools" tab.

  • Choose "Google Maps";

  • Enter the Name

  • Paste to "Embed code" window in Amploo and click on "Add embed".

And now the necessary location has been attached to your project:)

How to attach Google Calendar to the project?

  • Go to your Google account to Google Calendar, and in the left-hand panel, there is "My Calendar" section;

  • Choose the calendar, click on the dots menu and go to "Settings and Sharing"

  • Scroll to "Integrate Calendar"

  • Go to "Embed code" and copy it;

  • Enter the project you need and click on the "Tools" tab.

  • Choose "Google Calendar"

  • Name it

  • Paste the copied code to "Embed code" window and click on "Add embed".
