This section collects tasks for all projects and workplaces where you are a member, for quick access, visibility, and control of all projects and tasks in one place. You can check here all tasks assigned to you, or any other member of your team.

List View

All tasks can be viewed in a "List" or in a "Calendar" mode.

You can choose to view all tasks in a List, and if a task has some subtasks assigned to the employee you check as "Assignee to", it is also shown in a List mode:

If you look at the list again, you can further sort by workspaces and projects.

Here is an example of a list of tasks that has been sorted by workspace:

Colors of the Tasks

You may see that some tasks in a list have a red or yellow color.

  • The red color means that the task hasn't been completed in time;

  • Yellow means that the due day is in a day or today.

Calendar View

You can choose to view all tasks in a Calendar mode as well. With its help, you can visually view all tasks for which a certain due date is set.

The start day and the deadline are also shown in the calendar. You see when the task begins and what day is its due date.

What does the color of tasks in the Calendar mean?

The color with which the task is marked in the calendar is determined by its priority:

  • Red - tasks with urgent priority (urgent);

  • Gray - tasks with low priority (low);

  • Green - tasks with medium priority (medium);

  • Yellow - tasks with high priority (high);

We can open any task by clicking on it, and change its priority (and thus the color in the calendar will change), change the assignee, and the deadline, add comments, and make other settings:

Also, we have filters on the left menu that can be combined for displaying the tasks in Calendar and List modes:

Status:

  • Uncompleted - filters all tasks that are not currently selected.

  • Completed - filters all tasks that are not currently selected.

Workspace:

You can filter the tasks displayed by specific workspace.

Assignee to:

  • Unassigned - a task without assignment

  • Me - all tasks are assigned to you

  • Any other member - choose any other member from the list to check all tasks assigned to the current employee.

Deadline:

  • All tasks - a list of all pending tasks

  • Past Due - tasks that were not completed by the appointed time

  • Today - tasks as having a deadline today

  • In the next week - tasks due next week

  • In the next two weeks - tasks with a deadline in two weeks

  • In the next month - tasks with a deadline in the next month

  • No date - without a specific due date

Priority:

  • Low

  • Medium

  • High

  • Urgent

Timely

  • All tasks

  • Overdue

  • On-time

Created by:

  • Choose the author of the task from the list of employees
