This section collects tasks for all projects and workplaces in which you are a member, for a quick access, visibility, and control of all projects and your tasks in one place. All tasks can be viewed in a list:

You can click on any of the tasks and it will open in a separate window where you can make necessary changes.

If you look at the list again, you can further sort by workspace, project, and priority:

Also, we have filters on the left menu that can be combined:

Status:

  • Uncompleted — filters all tasks that are not currently selected.

  • Completed — filters all tasks that are not currently selected.

Workspace:

You can filter workspaces by specific workspace.

Assignee to:

  • Unassigned — a task without assignment

  • ME — all tasks are assigned to the current user

Type:

  • All tasks — a list of all pending tasks

  • Past Due — tasks that were not completed by the appointed time

  • Today — tasks as having a deadline today

  • In the next week — tasks due next week

  • In the next two weeks — tasks with a deadline in two weeks

  • In the next month — tasks with a deadline in the next month

  • No date — without a specific due date

Priority:

  • Low

  • Medium

  • High

  • Urgent

Time spent:

  • All tasks

  • Overdue

  • According to plan
