With Amploo, you get a full spectrum of both default functions and custom settings that allow you to change your working area the way you like.
A role is a certain grouping of permissions for a user, which are usually adjusted and configured by the Admin, and you can use our pre-set roles, or create and adjust them up to your company's needs.
What pre-set roles do we offer?
At Amploo, we offer the following pre-set user roles:
Admin
This is a default role that allows you to do absolutely everything in your account. It cannot be deleted or edited. It is not shown in the Roles tab list, but you can assign this role to selected employees.
With the role of Admin, users can:
Perform all actions within the account without restrictions;
Access to all company's sections;
Manage users and employees, including adding, removing, and editing their profiles;
Access and manage payment settings, including viewing subscription plans;
payment history, and changing tariff plans;

Designate other users as Administrators, granting them important rights and controls over the account.
The Admin role is essential for overseeing and configuring your company's entire Amploo platform.

Then a newly created role appears in your list.
How to give a role to a certain employee?
After all needed roles have been created and permissions for them are selected, we can stick this role to a certain employee.
So on the left sidebar, we go to Employees, - click on the account, and click on Edit
:
and there we go to their account "Work" section and define their role. For example, here we give a role "Admin":
And when all changes are made, don't forget to click on "Update work
" to apply them.
