What happens when I hit my usage limits?

If you exceed the limits of your plan (e.g., number of employees or storage), you will just need to upgrade to a higher plan. To do this, please go to Settings - Payment tab, choose the plan that meets your company's current size, and click on “Switch Plan”.

Adding and removing users

As your company grows, the number of your co-workers changes as well.

If you add new users to Amploo, they will be added to your platform instantly, but the additional cost will be calculated and added to your next billing cycle.

You may remove users instantly from the platform as well as add them, but the cost for the current billing period will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for these users in the next billing cycle.

Also, please note, if you remove users but don’t want to downgrade your subscription plan, you may remain on the current one and use all the tools and features you need:)
