Key purposes and features of the Knowledge base
The Knowledge Base stores all the company's documentation in one common access. The teams can browse materials, share documents, manage, and create content on their own.
Here are some key purposes and features of the Knowledge base:
Centralized Documentation: Amploo provides a single place for all project documentation, making it easy for members to find the necessary information.
Searchable Database: users can quickly locate the information they need in a search bar.
Comments and Feedback: team members can comment on pages and provide feedback directly within the content.
Content Creation: Users can create detailed and well-formatted documents using the text editor.
Organization:
Content is organized according to workspaces, that may be referred to some teams, projects, or departments, helping keep information structured and easily accessible.
Users can create hierarchies of pages to organize content logically.
Accessibility: Administrators and creators can set permissions to control who can view or edit content, ensuring sensitive information is protected.
The authors of bases may open the content for some members only or make it private for themselves.
