Surveys help gauge employee satisfaction and feedback on processes. Create, set, analyze surveys to improve workplace engagement and morale.

A survey is a powerful tool that can assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and morale, helping identify workplace improvement areas. Employees can provide feedback on internal processes, tools, and workflows, enabling the company to optimize operations.

You can take surveys created by your team to share your opinion, provide feedback, and create your own surveys.

Here is a tutorial to create surveys with Amploo:

Create a new Survey

1. In your workspace click on "Add module":

2. Select Add survey

3. Enter the title and press "Add survey":

You will see that it appeared in the column on the left, click on it to open:

4. Add a cover, and type questions.

If the answer to this question is obligatory, mark it as "Required" by moving a slider:

What types of questions can be added?

We offer four types of questions for the survey: Text, Choice, Scale and Numbers:

You can choose different types, depending on your goal:

1. Text: just enter the question to which you need an answer in the field.

2. Choice: use to create an alternative type of question, choose several answer options, and write them instead of a template.

3. Scale: if you need to evaluate questions on a certain scale, put a rating, etc.

4. Numbers: a question that needs to be answered with a certain number.

Also, while creating a question for your survey, you may navigate to the top right corner of it, to see an additional menu.

The Settings

Top menu

On the top menu of the survey created you see: the button "Publish survey", the avatars of course members, the button to save to Favorites, and the "Settings" button:

Base Settings

Here in the Base settings, we can:

  • publish/unpublish the survey

  • change its name,

  • add the description

  • choose the dates of start/end

  • delete the current survey

Setting the survey dates

If we want the members to pass the survey within some period of time, we recommend setting the start and finish dates.

After this time, the survey will become unavailable for a member to pass:

How to remove a survey?

If you want to delete this survey, please click here in the Base Settings - "Delete permanently" button and the survey will be removed.

Please note, once it's removed, you can't restore it:

How to add members to take the survey?

If we want to add/remove members of this survey we go to "Settings" - "Members" tab;

Here we can choose from our list of employees who we want to take this survey or remove some members from it:

Survey Editors

When we need someone's assistance in creating this survey, - we can give access to some members and make them editors at menu "Settings" - "Editors" tab;

Choose an employee from the list and click on the "+ Make editor" button to add them, and you can remove any user from editors in the same way:

Publish your Survey

After you have created a survey, it can be published:

and it'll show up in the “Materials for passing” of the people who will be assigned:

To start passing the survey, just click on it and it will open:

After passing the survey, it disappears from this list.

Where to check results?

You can see the results of the exam in the "Results" section:

To check the replies of the concrete employee, you need to click on them, and the replies of them will be highlighted:
