Whether you're working from the office or remotely, our tool ensures that your team stays connected, informed, and engaged. With secure channels, group chats, and direct messaging, it's easier than ever to share ideas, make decisions, and keep everyone on the same page inside the company.

You can find a chat option on the left sidebar:

To start a new chat and write a direct message, click on the "plus" and choose "Direct conversation" and the chat with the person selected appears.

Also, you may start a chat directly from your Employees list. You need to go to the "Employees" section, choose a person needed, and click on "Write a message":

Also, you can clear the conversation and remove a chat if you click on the dots in the upper right corner and choose "Delete chat":

To start a group chat, click on the "plus" and choose "Group conversation":

And you will see a window open where you give a name to the chat, invite members from the list of your teammates:

When the chat has been created, we can edit and set it in the way we want:) So click on the menu in the top right corner and choose "Settings":

There we can add a picture/cover for the group chat, change the type of access or name of the chat:

To create a public channel for everyone to join choose "Public access" (coming soon)

If you click on the "Members" tab, there you can edit the members accordingly: add some teammates to chat or remove:

If you are just a participant of the group chat, and you don't want to stay in this channel anymore, you can leave it on your own.

Click on the menu of the chat in the top right corner and choose "Leave chat":
