Timesheets Views
Here we have three views to check statistics separately by:
Employees
Tasks
Projects
You can choose any of these view to check and upload reports separately.
Employees Report
In this section, we can see the working hours recorded by the company's employees, that is, we can see who worked and how many hours on which day.
Sorting and Filtering
You can sort by Name, team, position, office, status, gender, and marital status.
Also, you can add a filter by team and position.
On the right side of the calendar, we can choose the period we are interested in:
How to record time to the employee?
We can record the time of any employee manually if for example they forgot to track it with a timer:
Select an employee, click on "+
" and the following window will open for us:
We choose what time the employee worked, and how much time was spent, and click - "Record time
". If we made a mistake and added the time incorrectly, we can remove it.
Just click on the hours of the employee on the right day to delete:
The statistics of tracked hours
On the right, we see the total number of days for which we are looking at time, and how many hours were recorded for each employee in general during this selected period:
Report Export
You can easily export the reports to XLSX format by clicking the "Export
" button here:

" button, you may check the report history:
Tasks Report
Choose Tasks
to check the reports by tasks specifically:
Tasks Sorting and Filtering
You can sort by Name, Created date, Updated date:
Also, you can filter tasks: by Assignee, Created by, Workspaces, Projects, Priority, Completed, Type and Time spent;
Here we choose the filter "Projects" to display reports by projects separately:
You can use a calendar to display the period you require:
Timer details
You can preview each task individually: see the priority, the status, the assignee, and planned dates. Additionally, you can check how much time has been tracked without entering the task. Click on the arrow to unfold details:
Projects Report
To check the report by Projects, just choose it here:
Projects Sorting and Filtering:
You can sort Projects by:
Name, Created date, Updated date, Code, Emoji, Started date, status, Finished date, Private Lead, Tasks, Employees:
You can add filters by Project Lead, Created by, Workspaces, Status, Deadlines, and Tasks:
You can use a calendar to display the period you require:
Also, you can preview the list of projects: see the Name of the project, its color, the Project Lead, total time tracked, the amount of tracked time, and other info.
You can enter any projects or tasks from Timesheets by clicking on it.
