Insights tab offers metrics on employee growth, turnover, department stats, salaries, skills, demographics, and morale state

This tab will help you to observe the people management dynamic in your company. It shows statistics of employee growth, amount of people according to departments, positions, skills and others.

Let us show you in more detail:

Growth Trend

Here you see the current number of people and how many employees have joined and left your company and the turnover rate. Also, here is a time scale and you may see all the changes in a clear graphic.

Turnover rate

Employee turnover rate is a measure of how many employees leave a company in a given period. It's calculated by dividing the number of employees who left by the average number of employees, then multiplying by 100. This rate helps assess the company's retention and overall management effectiveness.

Department

This diagram shows you all the teams (departments) you have and the current amount of people there.

Salary by Department

Here you see the company's expenses to employees' salaries. You may check the total amount of money spent on salaries in general, and separately, according to the department. You may filter the data to be shown for a month, year, week, day, or hour:

Tenure by Department

This unit shows you the terms of work for every department. You see for what period and what department has existed in your company.

Headcount Positions

On this diagram and in a list, you may check how many employees of what positions you currently have:

Total sum Skills and Interests

Here you may check what exact skills and interests your employees have and see how many people share the same items:

Total sum Statuses

In this section, you see how many employees work full-time, part-time and freelance.

Total sum Marital statuses and Gender

This unit shows the amount of employees according to their Marital Status specified on their profile. Also, you see how many people haven't specified their status yet.

And the same you may check with Employees' Gender. You see the amount of males/females in your company and the number of people with no specified sex identity:

Age

Here you see the age diagram and the number of employees for every value:

Nationality and Countries

This section shows what nationalities work with you and amount of people of every identity.

If there are some profiles without nationality specified, it's displayed in a list as well.

The same with the countries: - you see the list of countries and how many employees are located there.

Time-offs

Here you see all types of time-offs taken by your employees and amount of them within a year. All data is shown in a diagram and in a list:

Morality

We offer your employees to report their well-being by clicking on the mood tracker widget. This helps HR or any other person in charge to monitor promptly whether everything is okay with the employee, if there is a positive atmosphere in the team and more.

This tab displays the general metrics of employees' mood and well-being by month of the whole company.

Here you see a Monthly report of Company morality.

We transform an actual three-point system into a ten-point scale for a more detailed report.

You can check the average mood of the teams in your company by checking the widget, or you can click on any employee to check their reports by days:

Some employees may have grey avatars in the report, which means they haven't reported their moral state yet.
