Overview
These are convenient task trackers for managing your team's projects with the ability to control, configure, and optimize work processes visually.
You can work on the projects available to you, and customize the board for yourself: choose a viewing format convenient for you — List, Kanban board, Calendar, or view in the form of a Gantt chart.
Sorting and Filters
We can sort projects in the workspace by certain criteria:
and filter as needed: by status, tasks, or deadline:
You can combine several filters and sorting to view it most conveniently.
Project progress view
Kindly note, in front of the projects, you see some timelines: Tasks and Time
Time is a green line, and shows the planned time to complete this project. You can set it in the settings while creating the project, or later. If the project takes more time than it has been planned, it will be shown on this line.
Tasks is a blue line that shows us the progress, number of tasks done, overdue, and the percentage of completed tasks.
Projects Access View
Each project has a "lock" that shows if it is open for other members in this workspace, or closed:
If the project is locked, it means that it's private, and only you can see it and have access.
Membership View
Each project shows a Project Lead avatar and his team: members of the project:
If you click on the dots menu, it will give you quick access to the project's settings or edit the membership:
How to create a new Project for work?
To create a new project for work in your workspace, click on “Add module”, and choose to add Project:
OR go to the upper right corner and click on Add a project.
Then choose a convenient format for work, for example: board, list, etc.
In the Settings, check the project's title and choose the Project lead:
Choose the restrictions for this project or whether it is a public or private one
Set the planned time and date of the project if necessary
Add members of the project from the list of your employees.
Add tags to the project for ease of sorting tasks:
Attachments - display of all available attached files in the tasks of this project.
When the project has been created, it will appear in a list.

Projects Status
Here you see, that each project has its status, and we can change it:
Created - the project has been created and it's ready to work on, and you can edit the settings, make any changes, work on it, and so on;
Started - the project has started, and you can work on it, make any changes, create tasks, etc.
Paused - the project has been paused, and you can not continue to work on boards, create tasks, edit anything, and so on.
Canceled - you cannot work inside of the project as it has been canceled and all options are blocked.
Closed - the project is completed and closed, you can not work on it anymore.
How to add the project to the Favourite section?
Also, you can save the project to your favorites for quick access, and it will appear on your Dashboard in the "Favourites section":
The project's Settings access
Here you can edit the settings, membership, check tags and attachments, or complete all tasks with one click. You may use the template of this project and create a different one on its base.
At the bottom, you see a short project's resume: tasks total, completed tasks, and last update:
How to add a new task?
Adding tasks is same easy. You simply create a task inside your ready project, add specifications, and voi la. In the settings, you have options to choose from:
appoint a performer
specify the priority
add a tag if necessary
set the deadline: the start date and the date by which the task must be completed;
set the status of the tasks: to do, progress, review and it will be displayed in the list of tasks
specify the time allotted for this task
add participants
add subscribers who will receive notifications upon completion of this task.
Task options
Comments, Attachments, Subtasks, Timers, and Activity bar will be available to you for the ultimate convenience of task creation.
You can add pictures/videos, you can immediately track the task directly from the task and all the activity is visible.
If you forget to start tracking, you can manually select the time and all this will be saved in the history of the task.
