Workspaces

Customizable areas for collaboration, offering public or private access, with options to add various modules like projects and courses.

Updated yesterday

Workspace is a space for your work, study, and creativity. You can make it Public - for the general team access, restricted - for some members only, or private - for your personal use. The platform is flexible and easily customized.

Here you can see all the projects, knowledge bases, courses you can take, surveys, and other information available to you and your team.

When you create a workspace, you are its owner (admin), and all the employees you invite have the role of members.

To create your workspace, just click on the "plus" in the menu on the left:

Enter a name, choose a color, and access.

Then add employees who will have access and work with you in the same space.

Kindly note, if you have a list of workspaces, the button "plus" for adding modules can be hidden, so just scroll down to check it, or click on the "folder button" above the list to open the main window with all workspaces and there you can add a new one as well:

Also, as you can see, the workspaces have some statuses of different colours, according to the restrictions given:

Public - available for everyone in your company

Protected - available to special members you added

Private - available to you only.

Also for the private and protected workspaces, you see "locks" if you enter their modules:

To edit anything for the required workspace, please enter it, and click on the settings button:

In the workspace settings, you can choose a colour for it, a type of restriction, add the description if necessary, or delete it:

Please note, if you click on "Delete", the whole workspace with all modules will be deleted completely without an option to restore.

When the workspace is already created and all necessary changes have been made, it's time to create and configure its modules.

To create a new module, just click + Add module and select exactly what you want to add.

You can add such modules:
